The Shawshank Oak Tree

The Shawshank Oak Tree was featured in the movie The Shawshank Redemption starring Morgan Freeman and Timothy Robbins. Much of the movie was filmed in Mansfield, Ohio and the iconic tree was located on private property. The Tree suffered extreme damage from severe weather events and subsequently lost its life. The Shawshank Oak Tree has become one of the rarest trees to create Wood pieces ranging from pen blanks to exquisite and priceless furniture. There will be limited quantities and sizes available with the expectations of increased value of products as the supplies become more limited.
